Overview

The IONET Pipeliner allows organisations to migrate complete Notes applications or selectively migrate data based on business rules such as dates, document size, folders, forms or @Formula criteria.

The platform automatically recreates key Notes elements, including Views and Embedded Views, Rich Text and Attachments, Response Hierarchies, Tabbed Tables and Sections, Doclinks and Cross-Application References, ACL-Based Security, Forms and User Interface Layouts, Embedded Graphics and Objects. This ensures users retain familiar navigation and access patterns after migration.

For SharePoint, Box and Google Workspace migrations, the Pipeliner can also generate structured metadata from Notes fields and formulas, enabling improved searchability, governance and long-term usability in the target platform.
