The IONET NSF Exporter provides lightweight, user-driven migration for Lotus Notes and Domino mail environments.

The NSF Exporter enables organisations to migrate Lotus Notes Mail, Archives and user data to Microsoft Exchange, PST and Microsoft 365 environments using only a standard Notes Client - with no additional migration software required.

Designed for distributed enterprises and phased migration projects, the NSF Exporter allows users to securely migrate their own Notes Mail and Archives while maintaining centralised administrative control and minimising infrastructure complexity.

Overview

The IONET NSF Exporter is a simple-to-use, Client-run Notes Application that allows users to define and migrate their Notes Mail and Archives (Server-Based or Local) to PST using only a Notes Database, with no other software required.

Migration takes place in the background of the Notes Client - allowing users to continue working normally while mailbox data is exported - uses Delta functionality, and provides progress updates along with logs.

Mail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Groups and Notes are all migrated, including Folders, Rich Text, Images, Attachments and Special Characters.

This allows migration at a user-defined pace.
