Archiver for Notes

Archiving Mail & Applications

The Archiver for Notes provides traditional NSF-NSF archiving for IBM Notes Mail, Applications and IBM Quickr.

This allows you to EITHER provide a traditional archiving environment, e.g. to reduce data in production databases, OR to reduce data volumes before using the same tool to export or migrate data to another platform.

Improve your Notes environment by housekeeping now, as well as providing a migration path away from Notes in the future.

The Archiver archives or exports data from any Notes database - Mail Files, Custom Applications, IBM Quickr Places etc, with a comprehensive range of settings.

Profiles apply archive criteria & settings to multiple databases (e.g. all databases in the Mail directory, all Users in a Group, all Discussion Databases etc), with multiple Criteria allowing you to archive documents, copy, delete, remove attachments, or export to standard formats, XML, HTML, MHT, PDF, PST, Office 365 and Sharepoint.

The Archiver fully supports iNotes (including Ultralite mode), allowing Notes or Browser users to open Archives, search Production Databases & Archives simultaneously, restore data, and manually archive data. Browser users can also export data themselves, if enabled to do so.
