Lotus Notes to Box Migration

The IONET Pipeliner migrates Notes Databases and Applications to Box, automatically recreating Views, Embedded Views, Form UI, Rich Text, Graphics, Doclinks, Attachments, Embedded Objects and Response Hierarchies, resulting in a familiar experience for Users.

You can use Notes fields (e.g. Readers fields) to add Box Collaborators on Files or Folders, and create Metadata from each Notes document using fields and @formulas, to keep using old Notes data in your new environment.

Pipeliner agents automatically upload exported data to Box via multiple iterations, to ensure all data is present and linked correctly.

Doclinks and Embedded Views are also supported, to cater for more complicated application scenarios.

Your preferred folder hierarchy is presented in Box, along with the original Notes Views (Navigation Views). This example shows a Notes Teamroom Database.

The Navigation Views are displayed as PDFs to provide familiar end-user navigation.

In these Views, Notes documents - also exported as PDFs - are represented as links.

You can also use the standard Box Folder navigation.

Documents are rendered using the original Notes Forms, keeping the output format as close as possible to the original.

Response Hierarchy, Attachments, Embedded Objects, Doclinks and Embedded Views are also supported.
