Migrate Lotus Notes Mail and Archives to standard formats (*.eml, *.ics, *.vcf etc), HTML, PDF, Exchange/PST and Microsoft 365.
Mail, Calendars, Tasks, Contacts, Groups and Notes are all migrated, including Folders, Rich Text, Images, Attachments, Special Characters, Doclinks and Domino Directory Groups.
Use Profiles to define export characteristics for multiple Users in one place, assigned via Groups, Servers, O/OU Certifiers or Individuals.
Create separate exports for subsets of data (e.g. Yearly Archives), or simply migrate everything at once. You can migrate the majority of your data prior to the main migration date, and also migrate Shared Mail to SharePoint for continued user access.
And for a different approach, Administrators can migrate only recent Mail for business continuity reasons but provide Migration on Demand
for users to search and migrate any other data they might also wish to keep - legal information, personal mail, contacts etc. This makes all Notes Mail potentially available, without needing to migrate TB of unnecessary data - saving both time and resources. And this functionality can be retained for as long as required, acting as a migration safety net.
You can also allow users to upload NSFs and PSTs
to Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 Archives, providing an easy way to handle disparately located user data, and at the users convenience. Alternatively, use our Client Automation
functions to silently upload and secure local Mail Archives before your migration even begins.
