Administrators can automate the migration of Mail and Archives to HTML, PDF, PST and Office 365 - all Mail or only a subset for business continuity reasons - but also provide Export on Demand
for users to search and migrate any other mail they might also want to keep - legal information, personal mail, contact information etc.
This makes all historic Notes mail potentially available, without needing to migrate TB of unnecessary data. And this functionality can be retained for as long as required, for any number of Users.
Administrators or Power users can also search thousands of databases simultaneously, based on Users, Groups, Directories etc, then export the results. Common use of this function is in response to a Legal Hold, e.g. exporting selected data to PDF for delivery to an external party.
